Attached to Indonesia, Vagner Luis is in Bahrain

Manama: Brazilian defender, Vagner Luis' heart is in Indonesia. Physically though he's in Bahrain playing for Al Busaiteen.

Luis misses cooking Brazilian food with Fabio Flor and his family

The former Pelita Jaya (2007-2008) and PSMS MEDAN (2010-2012) player really loves Indonesia. He tells Bola Pantai Timur, " The atmosphere is great. Their supporters really support their respective clubs." However he adds that Indonesian football condition is currently pretty challenging.

For the record, Luis, 33, also used to play in Malaysia for Shahzan Muda (2008), albeit for only five months.

In Bahrain he misses fellow Brazilian academy, MACAE ESPORTE's one-year senior, also former Busaiteen's player, Fabio Flor, who is now with Terengganu-based T-Team.

He believes with his current condition, he can still play competitive football until he's 40.

"I want to go back to Brazil and retire after that," Luis says.
