Fabio Flor did it again!

Kuala Terengganu: Brazilian defender Fabio Flor de Azevedo seems to have found his knack for getting goals again.

Last night in T-Team's 1-0 Super League win against star-studded JDT at SSINS here, he increased his tally early in the new season to two. He also headed in a goal for his team against UiTM in the Titans' 3-2 FA Cup first round win.
Fabio was superb in defence and attack

He was outstanding in both defence and attack last night, truly living up to his new year resolution wish to be an "elder brother" to his younger team mates.

Actually Fabio did not claim the goal was his, openly agreeing with the official announcement that it came from team mate Patrich Wanggai. However upon closer examination of a photo taken by a press photographer, Bola Pantai Timur can confirm that Fabio should be credited with the winning goal. After fellow Brazilian, Evaldo, headed the ball to the ground, it went high and there came Fabio, outjumping the rest and headed the ball in for T-Team's first win at home this season. Patrich was also in the thick of the action but he was below Fabio and could not touch the ball.

After the match, Fabio says, "Thank you to all the supporters who came to support us. We worked hard and played very well tonight."

Despite some inherent weaknesses, many other T-Team players including goalkeeper Mohd Shahril, also put up a very good show to the delight of their supporters, especially when "elder brother" team, Turtles lost 0-1 to Perak in the dying minutes in Ipoh.
