2. A source close to the team says one of them is Indonesia's Rahmad Darmawan. He claims that a verbal agreement has been reached. Rahmad used to be linked to the Kuala Terengganu-based club for this season before it opted for Mohd Azraai Khor Abdullah as the head coach.

Rahmad Darmawan: linked to T-Team again |
3. Contacted by Bola Pantai Timur, a T-Team official however is non-committal. He says, "At present we have asked Annuar Abu Bakar to take charge. But we will forward the names to the players and coach selection committee this month." Annuar came in recently for the preliminary round of Malaysia Cup but the club did not advance further.
4. On Rahmad, he says, " The last time we spoke to him was in September. At that time he wanted to concentrate on the Indonesia's local league." He also makes it clear, if anything, T-Team does not want to "compete" with other clubs in getting its head coach. " What we want is a different knowledge and exposure to the players, to add to what they already know or are good at."
5. The official also says some of the coaches only want the opportunity to contribute, and not so much on money.
6. Whilst T-Team focusses on development next season, it also targets to be among the top 2 to get back into the top flight.
