Dollah Salleh is ready to sign Police contract

Kuantan: Dollah Salleh who steered Pahang to another Malaysia Cup collection this season confirms with BolaPantaiTimur that he is "99% with Police next season."He will be both Head Coach and manager at the Premier League outfit.

He adds, " I don't mind coaching a Premier League side as they want me to be their coach. I have the contract with me and will sign it any time now." For the record, he also led MPPJ FC to become the first club to win the Malaysia Cup by beating Sabah 3-0 in the final in 2003.

After spending the last four years with Pahang as its Head Coach and a year with Shahzan Muda prior to that, Dollah is now ready to head for Klang Valley. He says, " I want to be near my family in Shah Alam." His contract with Pahang, which ended a 21-year wait for the Malaysia Cup to return to the state as its 2013 champion, will end this month.

Dollah also says he is not taking any Pahang player with him. " I don't want to disturb them," he adds.

He adds that Police will not have big names among their players. He says," Many well-known players already have deals with other teams. Even if we are willing to spend, they have bigger budget than us."
