Newly-wed Hassan to re-join T-Team Monday

After missing last night's crucial premier league game, newly-wed T-Team right back, Hassan Basri, is expected to re-join his team mates in Ipoh before the must-win FA Cup clash against Perak on Tuesday. 

2. Head coach Tomislav Steinbruckner says, " Hassan will join us with assistant coach (Mohd) Azhari (Salim) on Monday."  At publishing time, T-Team are travelling to Ipoh from Seremban.

3. Commenting on last night's 5-3 win over NS Matrix, he says, " My players' confidence was boosted by our recent victories. I personally did expect something." Two players scored a brace each, viz Nor Hakim and Sadriddin Abdullaev. Farhod Tadjiyev scored the other goal. Meanwhile Francis Forkey Doe (2) and Shahrizal Mohd Saad (1) replied for NS Matrix.

4. Before last night's victory, recently T-Team defeated ATM 3-0 and JDT II 3-1.

T Team CEO-cum-assistant manager , Abdul Rasid Jusoh says even though they went to Paroi as an underdog, the sixth minute goal by Nor Hakim Hassan boosted their confidence further and uplifted their spirits. He adds, " All the players had played according to the instructions given by the coach. I was quite surprised with the results because they did not fully utilize their chances in earlier games. Last night they did exploit their chances more than usual, even though they also had four or five other good chances to increase the score sheet."

6. Steinbruckner is going to see how Perak fare in their Super League game at home tonight against PDRM. He tells Bola Pantai Timur, " After that I will decide whether to make a few changes to the line-up. May be I need to rest a few players who might have played too many matches."

7. In another development, T-Team is almost certain to sign Croatian Josip Milardovic as its fourth import during the April transfer window.  The head coach says, " Josip will add more choices to the players in the middle." He has had experiences playing in China's Super League competition.

8. Meanwhile, previously injury-prone Izzaq Faris Ramlan has also been seen training with T-Team. He says, " The former Terengganu and national player looks very nice. We are also looking for more quality local players."
